Comfort and convenience are the hallmarks of Blome Family Dentistry's office operations. To ensure your convenience below is the information you need about our hours, location, appointment scheduling, insurance acceptance and billing.
To make an appointment, please call our office at 402-483-7000, request an appointment on our website, or email us at email@example.com. We will make every effort to arrange a convenient appointment time for you. If you are having any dental discomfort, please let us know as early in the day as possible so we can try to see you the same day. If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible . . . at least 24 hours . . . so that your previously reserved time can be made available to another patient.
Our office will be closed occasionally when the doctors and staff are attending continuing education programs. These programs allow us to increase our skills and knowledge of the latest developments in dentistry, in order to serve you better.
Once the basic portion of your dentistry is completed, we will schedule recall appointments for your periodic dental checkup at regular intervals. These dental checkup appointments will include a comprehensive oral examination, oral cancer screening, cleaning, and/or the necessary X-rays. The time between these checkup appointments will vary depending on your individual dental care requirements.
We hope you share in our belief that regular preventive dental health care is a sound investment. While the responsibility for returning for this treatment rests primarily with you, we will provide the service of reminding you by phone, mail or email.
Our practice has grown thanks to our patient referrals. We regard it as a vote of confidence when one of our patients recommends a friend, co-worker or family member to our office. We welcome and accept new patients and appreciate these referrals.
We always look forward to gaining new patients who are as nice as our existing patients. To show our appreciation to you for helping us expand our dental practice, we will be having a quarterly giveaway. When one of our wonderful patients refers a new patient to visit our office, we will put your name in the drawing for a special gift. We will draw winning names in March, June, September, and December, and contact the winning patient with your exciting news. The prize will be something different for each drawing. Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your specific plan. As a convenience to our patients, we will submit the charges to your insurance carrier at no extra cost. All of your insurance questions will be gladly answered by our insurance specialist. Dental insurance plans are designed to share in the cost of your dental care, not to completely pay for those costs. Your dental coverage is not determined by your dental health needs, but by how much your employer contributes to the plan. Our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable. Some insurance plans pay fixed allowances for certain procedures and others pay a percentage of the charge.
We will do our best to adjust to our patient's requirements in planning for the investment in superior dental health. All the fees and financial arrangements will be discussed with you prior to commencement of treatment. We will explain in detail our recommended treatment plan along with cost and payment options. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, CHECKS, CASH, and third party financing by CARE CREDIT. We believe our patients deserve a clear explanation of fees charged for all treatments. As a courtesy to all of our patients, we are more than happy to provide an estimate for any expected out-of-pocket cost for your proposed treatment plan. We are here to assist you in any way we can.
